Hi everyone,

I own a technology which allow me to distribute coins/points/money... thanks to smartphone app. I already use it for my startup not linked to cryptocurrencies, but i have adapt it to be able to create a kind of faucet.

Here is the website : www.aapcoin.com

For now, all the values are on test mode, so you'll not have coins real coins by playing.

Do you think there is a way to monetize this system ? Or maybe some dev could be interested.. I don't really know how to approach this..

Thanks ! Wink

Interesting! Watching on this Wink

Monetize this system? It's mean like you can earn money? Well if you want something benefit in both party, between the dev and player, build a system which like coinflapper, which you must pay for every tournament you want to join, and choose a winner example: 3 winners in 1 tournament.

Hi @ikydesu !

Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately for now I can't integrate this kind of feature on my games. I can only do what i've put on it : the distribution system based on time of gaming or score, depending of the game.

I've though about offer to the dev to pay to be integrate on the list of Currencies, to win visibility but i don't know if it means a lot of value for them..

If the game is really interesting people will not bothered whether they are paid or not, back to your question, you can monetize it through admob and some other cpa networks that accepts mobile traffics.

I have a few thoughts in mind.

1. You can accept donations.
2. Ads inside the game.
3. You can use the players' processing power and do some kind of pool mining. Of course, the amount of CPU power used should be very low and you should ask their permissions first. This may not work.
4. Allow them to exchange coins with other players with you acting as an escrow and can charge some fee.
5. You can ask users of the game directly if they have some website of theirs' to promote (for BTC/cash). These websites can be promoted either in profile pages of users or worse, in-game ads.
6. Since you seem to do exchanges, you can charge some small amount in that.

Maybe there are more ways. Just my thoughts Smiley

@melisande Thanks for your reply Wink.
There is ads on it already, but the reality is that even with ads and a lot of player, it's not really interesting and I don't think it can be a real business model, because people will alway make me earn "really less" than the price of coins that I should distribute to them..

(I have already test this system of ads to be able to reward the player, but there is no breakeven.. :/)

@kevinpaladin Thanks for your ideas too ! There are interesting but before doing one of those, the main part is to deal with dev' because without dev, there is no currencies to be exchanged or so..
So I guess my main business model should be with dev first. (For exemple i've got some demand to create a personal game which could distribute only one currency to the player. This ideas sounds more like something i can turn in a real business model).

Then, i could ad some other "small" monetization ideas as yours, but I guess I need something more "strong" before..

What do you think ? Smiley

I'm a dev and by looking at your apps, you could have ads (some apps have tons). Try something where users have to install apps in order to earn more aapcoins or something along these lines.

@jaydipmodhwadia Yes you're right, maybe it could be better ROI with app install, i'll check about that, thanks Wink. You're developing your currency ?

From my experience you can make more money if you promote pay pay view or cpm offers whereby you set the time for new ads to 30 secs, just imagine what you can earn if someone played for 1 hour.
