Assume we're going to be at 1 million in 30 years from now. $1,000,000 - $330 = $999,670.

$999,670/30 years = $33,322 per year.

We need to go up an average of $33,322 per year starting THIS YEAR to get to one million per bitcoin in 30 years from now.

So does he think we'll go sideways for a bunch of years and then jump from $330 to $200,000 in one year? Because if not, we need to start moving NOW.

If it doubles every year (as it has easily done in the past) for the next 12 years we are over $1 million.

Can you imagine $660/BTC next year?

First seastead company actually selling sea homes: Ocean Builders https://ocean.builders  Of course we accept bitcoin.

To get to that price with somewhere near present buying power it would have to be the most desirable and useful thing in history. It might be possible but money is the most conservative and emotive thing of all to most people. Attitudes would have to change massively and very quickly when I think they're like supertankers. They take decades or generations to change course. I'm open to being surprised all the same.

Usually things grow faster in the beginning than they do when they mature. I won't expect bitcoin to double from $500,000 to 1 million in one year just like I don't expect AAPL to grow 100% next year.

If bitcoin makes it to 1 million, it would be more likely to happen with more of the growth in the beginning followed by growth tapering off when bitcoin is mature.

That means yearly movements like $330 to $3,300 in the beginning.  And then maybe yearly movements like $530,000 to $689,000 towards the end.

LOL

Million dollars, my arse.

Where do you find these guys? Bitcoin is struggling to hold $380, and these guys are talking about million dollars. Maybe in 200 years. Just lol.

This is just a short term price adjustment. When fiat is collapsing you'll find it amazing how little $1M is worth.
