I think this wallet is password protected, else why would you sell it for lower price for the same currency that you have in this wallet

well i can buy it if you can sell that for cheap price like 0.01btc or use a escrow servic who will 1st check that the balance is accessable or not and if it is then he will send your requested amount from that and send me the rest of the funds
