That is exactly what happened to me... I assume you sent your bitcoins to your tormail address correct?
This sucks.. Let me know what happens I sent an email to bitinstant and coinapult support... so far nada on a response...
Yep. Sent it to my tormail address. The time stamp on the email was for the exact moment I paid the clerk at CVS, so it appeared to have gone through.
And like you, I have the confirmation email with all the right info, including how many bitcoins I should be getting, but when I click the link..."0 Bitcoins".
I've also sent an email to both. So far no response from either.
I also started a thread about the lack of Coinapult support - hopefully it won't take too many more threads for some support to appear.
Read your other thread and that is quite disturbing. This was -my- first experience with both Bitinstant and Coinapult and I have to say...more than a little displeased.
3 hours now and no change.
