I don't know about anyone else, but I think I got what he try to say, it's simply stated that you've been trying to got this positive ratings since last year (or is it 2 years ago, since we're on 2017) and if people give time to read that thread, they'll at least get the gist of how waste of time this so-called giveaway is.
