If your accessing blockchain.info from your phone using browser then the problem is regarding the authorization only and an email usually is sent to the email use for that account and by verifying it, you could access the wallet again without a problem but if your using their app then you could only ask help from their support since their app is very buggy.
Its happened to me often, when I try to access using different device . the only way is open the wallet via email.
