Try to read the sticky notes No collateral, no loan
And if you have the chance to read the sticky notes, try to offer a collateral, if you don't have anything to offer, better lock this thread or your account will start turning red with multiple negative feedback. Better wait for you paycheck than doing this.

You should have a collateral before requesting a loan. an the collateral worth aleast the amt. you requested to your loan. NO COLLATERAL NO LOAN you should read first the pinned post in lending section. hope your loan is accepted

Your friend does not know what he is talking about. You will want to create an account at an exchange in your country and fund it. Any shortcut is just going to end in a scam. We see this a million times a day here.
