Go to fiver.com,  you'll get lots of card designer over there. you can pay via bitcoin also on fiver. no matter if designers are not related to bitcoin. just ask them what you want and they'll give you best thing you need..
Just a suggestion, I used fiver marketplace and found it very useful.

I will need to print them so has to be correct size, bleed, dpi etc.
I have to scetch is down on paper first.
