A legendary account can easily get a loan of that amount if accounts past history is clear without holding that account as collateral

Looks like it was denied anyways for whatever reason cause he was asking for more maybe. 0.4btc now which is sort of a lot to ask for, too me in not giving info about account involved as collateral.
