http://blog.dwolla.com/information-updates/

I wonder if we would be passing $100 already if it was possible for more people to deposit USD into mtgox?

You're assuming two things:

1. it's not legitimately being DDOS'd
2. people looking to load money aren't gearing up to buy the correction (like me)

Sounds like you completely misunderstood me.  Dwolla *is* being hit by DDOS, I never stated otherwise.  The point is, with dwolla unavailable, regardless of reason, people why rely on it can't add money to mtgox to buy more bitcoins.  DESPITE THIS, with whatever % of the market relies on dwolla out of the picture, bitcoins still were able to reach $95 last night.

How much higher could bitcoin go if dwolla was functional and buyers could move money through it?  We don't know.

I thought you meant the influx of users to Dwolla to load onto MtGox was being misinterpreted as a DDOS. My fault.

That would be something else, haha.

Hmm, I think I have some money going into Dwolla today.

It may become a race once Dwolla comes back up to get it to Gox as the longer Dwolla is down, the more the money gets stacked up in a queue.

First seastead company actually selling sea homes: Ocean Builders https://ocean.builders  Of course we accept bitcoin.
