When will the activities recounted?
It said 2 weeks. But from which week to which?

what do you mean "from which week to which?"  you have your own week? how many days do you have in a week?  

You still are a newbie so no rush, you won't jump into a Hero any moment. seriously give it another week and it will be updated.  why is this in the Economics section by the way?

Activity counts increase after every 2 weeks, and you get 14 activity counts for that period.
