When will the activities recounted?
It said 2 weeks. But from which week to which?

what do you mean "from which week to which?"  you have your own week? how many days do you have in a week?  Grin

Activity counts increase after every 2 weeks, and you get 14 activity counts for that period.
Here is the list of dates between activity counts where you can find if on what dates activity counts are increased, have a look:
