After a dabbling in some mining a few months ago I decided to start it back up now that I have some new hardware (Windows 10: i7-6700 + GTX1070). The thing is, bfgminer stalls on start and CPU/GPU monitors show no usage. This happens whether I run it standalone or with target mining pool in the shortcut and I've tried running it as Administrator.
