What I wanted to do is have the ability to look at the block chain take each block out see the amount of horse power it took to put it together, no matter if it is a pool or an individual
You can identify the
AVERAGE amount of hashes that would be needed across ALL miners and pools to solve a block at it's difficulty level, but it is not possible to tell how many
ACTUAL hashes were actually calculated by the specific miner that solved the block, or how fast those hashes were calculated.
