Right now Segwit activation for Vertcoin is getting closer to adoption: https://vtconline.org/sf.html

The Devs and the community are trying to pass Segwit for Vertcoin not only for future development but also to use as a serious testnet for Bitcoin as well. Litecoin is in the race but it's not being greeted lightly, the one thing going for Vertcoin is their Algo which is ASIC resistant unlike Litecoin.

Anyone that has any rigs and or GPU's that they can spare, here are Segwit updated pools below, this can seriously be done in the next 24 hours if we get some more hash help.

Other coins have Segwit already activated. Not a good Testnet if no one is using it.
I'll wait for Litecoin

You mean Groestl coin or whatever it's called? Please by all means name other coins that have Segwit activated...

Never know that Vertcoin can be mine using Nvidia Card. Its worth watching and will try to see it later when I have the time. I know I have vertcoin last January as payment for me, but I have to double check though.

It works great with a Nvidia card.

You should download the latest Vertcoin client: https://www.vertcoin.org/

I would also recommend using CCminer 2.0 for mining software: https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer/releases

Here's an example of the bat file you would run for VTC in CCMiner 2.0: ccminer-x64 -a lyra2v2 -o 198.20.67.78:9171 -u Your Vertcoin Address Here -p x
