Need escrow to retreive account

Seeing as moderators are unwilling to do anything about it I am willing to negotiate with the new account owner.

Who that is experienced with escrow can help facilitate this transaction?

We have an escrow list: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0 . You should first check their ANN threads before contacting them to make sure that they are accepting escrowing bitcointalk accounts because some of them don't.

As for recovering your account, as long as you are able to sign a message using one of your old addresses (posted on the forums) then theymos (and not moderators) should recover your account, It may just take a while since he is busy.

As he did said about being a fair guy, why not try to ask the details of that account and see if he is.

And just like what he said,  he is not even using it that much and it won't be a lost for him if is going to be the first to give the details and just pay him according to your deal.

But if you are the real owner of that account why not try to follow omegastarscream's suggestion about signing a message and post it at the Meta section.

I can help you in escrowing this but honestly imo paying for what is actually yours already sounds stupid mate. Isn't active hacked account supposedly being banned or something? Don't agree with you paying for it. Just be patient or just use this account you currently are using.

Otherwise, say you pay for the account and get it back, but it's been neg-tagged already and I am sure you'd be asked by those who left the feedbacks to sign a message to confirm you're the real owner. Cause, who's to say the 'sale' wasn't just staged by hacker/'supposed buyer'.

He already sent the messages to admins, but still didn't receive any response.
