I open a ticket #114025 a 2 days ago ! And no ansewer!
I need reset my Authenticator and i can't acess my account!
The question is they have a lot of clients and the support must be more efficient! There are Money envolved and two days for me is a bad service!
Every trade i pay the Fee! so i need my problems resolved!

Situations like this are frustrating, but there isn't anything people of this forum can do about it...

I'm seeing some complains about Poloniex service these days and maybe they are really busy answering all the tickets people are sending to them all day long. It's very bad for Poloniex as the feedbacks are becoming negative...

I think this Forum is good to report all things are happening In cryptoworld!
No answer your clients is a negative point and indicate a company growing without control!
Past four days and nothing! Its shame!

We have nothing to do with that and no choice but to wait. But Poloniex still have a great satisfaction rating in terms of handling queries.

For enlightment, major cases sometimes taking up to week before they will respond. In your case, I think that is a semi major since it's involves account ownership. Try to wait for few days more if you still have patience. or you can troll at their trollbox and just hope that one of the trollbox admin is there.

Also try to rebump your concern as that was the always thing that complainants do most of the times.
