I need reset my Authenticator and i can't acess my account!
The question is they have a lot of clients and the support must be more efficient! There are Money envolved and two days for me is a bad service!
Every trade i pay the Fee! so i need my problems resolved!
We have nothing to do with that and no choice but to wait. But Poloniex still have a great satisfaction rating in terms of handling queries.
For enlightment, major cases sometimes taking up to week before they will respond. In your case, I think that is a semi major since it's involves account ownership. Try to wait for few days more if you still have patience. or you can troll at their trollbox and just hope that one of the trollbox admin is there.
Also try to rebump your concern as that was the always thing that complainants do most of the times.
