We get a steady stream of my-transaction-is-still-not-confirmed posts cluttering up this forum.

These posts are of two basic types:

(1) I am PISSED OFF that I PAID a $20 transaction fee to transfer $4.39 so I could buy a mochachino and it STILL ISN'T CONFIRMED....  Oh wait, it just confirmed, never mind.

(2) BITCOIN SUX big time because I tried to use it and IT DOESN'T FUCKING WORK!!!! BROKEN!!!! THIS IS USELESS!!!!! What's a "transaction fee" btw?

Can we please get some kind of moderator intervention to automatically or semi-automatically delete this crap off the forum, or at least move it to a special "Transaction Complaints" forum (LOL I wonder who will read that?)?

Thank you.

Move this topic to Meta forum.

And that forum could be trawled by people who actually know how to use' ViaBTC accelerator.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

we already have a Technical Support board which these topics belong to: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=4.0

and it is a terrible idea to want to "delete" these topics. there may be one or two trolls or even idiots in there, but majority of these topics are created by newcommers, and they still don't have the full understanding of how things work. they google bitcoin wallet, stumble upon something like blockchain.info and everything looks good to them they click send based on the awesome fee suggestion of blockchain.info but it is 120 s/b

Buying the dip...

You know, not everyone can be as intelligent and as educated. Roll Eyes

I do understand why you're annoyed by them. A big majority of the newcomers do not know how to use Bitcoin, nor do they understand any fundamentals nor the workings of it. Knowing how to include the proper fee is part of the knowledge required to properly use it. What makes matters worse, often when they ask for help, they want you to do everything (e.g. include it via a ViaBTC, F2Pool, et. al.) whilst they do not learn anything.
