I would like to hang on to my BitCoins and watch their value fluctuate, as if I had bought some NASDAQ stock.  But I hear that's bad for their valuation.  So is selling them off for RL cash, from what I've read.

I wouldn't buy anything unless I start receiving income in bitcoins or they become expensive enough to buy something decent like a car or a house

If I start receiving salary or other significant income in bitcoins, then I would buy everything needed for life just like I do with fiat money. Though if I receive both fiat money and bitcoins, then I would spend fiat money first
