Your accusation wouldn't make sense If we take in consideration that blockchain.info has millions of wallets and taking your funds from all these wallets seems unlikely.
That being said, staff members don't have access to our wallets, passwords are not stored in their servers, their physical servers are guarded 24/7 so I'm pretty sure they would've announced If they got stolen.

No one can, it seems that you don't give us the full info about how you lose your bitcoin, better provide more information about what did you do, do you visit a questionable sites etc., with just telling that you lose your bitcoin in blockchain won't solve anything.

According to Blockchain.info, they doesn't store any of their customers details that's why you even can't reset your password if you forget it. They only store your password encrypted wallet file and wallet identifier are used to identify specific encrypted wallet file out of their server and decrypt them with password you enter in your browser/app solely (on client side). If this is true there is no way for others to access your bitcoin not even their staffs.

Its always better to use paper or hardware wallet than web wallets like blockchain.info
