CGminer low registered hash issues

Ive had to kinda abandon CGminer for the most part until I can figure out why im getting such low registered hash rates
.. I have a feeling the Bolded is the problem. Those 510Kh/s is only registering about 110Kh/s

I updated my CGminer and still same issues

What are you using instead of cgminer?  I see the same on my dual 7870 system the card in the other machine is less powerful and gets better results.

nothing I have stopped mining FTC and went back to TRC until I can get it solved .

As the readme says, you're generating garbage (only hardware errors). Drop your I to 13 and start fiddling from scratch. Readmes galore please readme...

BTW I played with settings clock rates, thread-concurrency, etc and got the dual 7870's to real ~700KH/s or so and 600KH/s on a 7950 which is fairly decent.  I believe the thread-concurrency finally did it.
