I thought it was obvious I meant all in one process. Exchange TRC for BTC. Yes, you can exchange TRC for PPC for BTC, but that just complicates things, and doesn't make it as user friendly. |

I really need help with my account. I sent an e-mail through your contact form over 24 hours ago and have not yet received a response.
Your Google Authenticator service is preventing me from doing anything with my account. I had no idea what i was doing when I attempted to set up Google Authenticator because your site has no directions at all, and I shouldn't even be using the AUtheticator because it is disabled in my settings.
I have over 800 PPC sitting in the account that I can't do anything with because of your Google Authenticator service.
Please do not ignore me, those are my coins and I would like them back please, thank you.

A note, the admin when I couldn't get my balances withdrawn myself He manually withdrew bitcoins and litecoins for me, thank you

Hopefully they will put up clear instructions on how to use it if we're going to be forced to use it even when it's disabled in our account settings... |

I had trouble with the Google Authenticator service also using TOTP which I believe is time based and apparently my time and the servers time didn't sync up preventing me from doing anything but HOTP seems to be working just fine.

I have troubles setting up GA. It's my first time using it, may be I miss something: I installed google auth app on my desktop PC. Than in GA login section, I choosed HOTP token and clicked "create code". Next I copy the 16 character code to modify key in google auth app. Also I checked the Two factor authentication option in my account to enable it. When I try to log in, no matter with GA code or not, this screen pop up:  Whit "Log in" button on the screen I can log in my account, but Two factor authentication isn't enabled (checkbox is ticked) and I can't withdraw my money... Any ideas  |

No, and this is a good thing. Convenince leads to mistakes. It's a pain yes, if you don't have the Google Authentication, but it's better then having some script kiddie at starbucks steal your coins. |

It's a pain yes, if you don't have the Google Authentication, but it's better then having some script kiddie at starbucks steal your coins. if somebody has an android phone.. once the google authenticator app is installed it literally takes like 1-2 minutes to set it up with the site. its amazingly easy. |

I've set it up. I didn't hit the button "code scanned" (blush). Now TOTP works fine.

Um you can contact support in this case. I did that once (hahaha) they helped me out. I was able to prove the account was mine. |
