It's a dynamic dns subdomain, which appears to have lapsed.   It's not likely to return back to what it was.

You can get a good estimate of when tx will clear by watching the climbing or falling trend here:

Select the fee range that matches the tx fee.   
If your fee is low then you will need to wait until the graph trends down for you to have a chance.
