Good Block reward ifea for new coins ???

Hi,
I came up with and good idea.
Why new coins wont be released as that:
for example
1-3 day - 1 coins per block (due to low difficulty)
4-5 day - 200 coins per block (main masive premain for all to get onboard of good stuff)
6 day- 8 infinity - 5 coins per block

this would stop all the haters complayining about premine
there will be much time to create pools, create personal solo mining and test it,
