CAn´t withdraw the coins from Poloniex, can someone help me?

Good afternoon,

I´m a newbie in this cryptocurrency world, so i read that poloniex was one of the best exchanges.
A mounth ago i bought some stellar Lumens and NEM, and i wanted to transfer it  to my blockchain.info wallet account, but it was the beggining of my problems.
I went to history of the transactions and it shows an error in transfering the money, but the money isn´t in my poloniex account neither on my blockchain.info account, i tripple check if the adrress was correct and it was.
I contacted poloniex sending e-mail, open tickets, but a month had past and still no reply.

Can i Send NEM and stellar from poloniex to my blockchain.info?
The money is gone?
DOes poloniex respond to the tickets?

I cant tell if some really big and good orginzed operation to Poloniex reputation or Polo is really selectively scamming people.

AND no you cant send NEM  and Lumens to a BTC wallet.

Poloniex is having some serious issues this days and the best thing the company should do is to shut down for a while and look into their problems.

Nobody can tell about the time frame the supports respond because they probably dont respond at all.

Thanks for the replies, but in that case, how can i take my coins from the poloniex account? I have to convert them into bitcoins again?
I want to buy other coins beside bitcoins and stored them in my blockchain.infi account, isns´t that possible?

You cannot use blockchain.info for storing or transacting other coins. Each coin has its own wallet. Keep emailing them. Poloneix has one of the worst customer services in the crypto currency space. Hopefully they will come through. I don't think they have turned scam yet

Tell them you made a mistake using the wrong wallet. It could be the case that they have tried sending you the coins but it is no working. Create the appropriate wallets for stellar Lumens and NEM, and notify them to correct the mistake. whenever this is sorted,  move your coins elsewhere, polo whilst not scamming, may be about to. There are too many complaints about them recently.

Thanks again for the quick response, i´m looking for that information for a while.
Now i have a new question, is there any wallet that allow us to store multiple coins?
Beside Polo, do you recommend another exchange site, i heard some good things about kraken?
Can you give your opinion about other exchanges?
