USB Riser Problem

i have 2 gpu. 1.Asus gtx 1070 rog strix.  2.Gigabyte gtx 1070 windforce. Gigabyte gpu working normal on riser. But Asus is not working. But led is on.  How to solve the problem?

maybe faulty usb? try to swap the card or the usb, and see if that is the problem, if not it could be a faulty gpu, i can't see anything else to do for this, btw what MB you have?

Did you plugged it right? Connected it with 6 or 8 pin PCIE?
You may need reinstall drivers if it do not detect.

My mobo Asus z270-a. Asus gpu work normal on mobo. Only not working riser. i think i Plugged right. Because Gigabyte gpu is working same riser
