Does anyone know why I would be unable to get into an account I was using in 2012/2013 but not since then?  Possible it was deactivated in some way?

I can't create a new account (says an account with that email already exists) but it won't allow me to log in or reset my password.

Guess I get to start over?  Is there a way to message support for an unlock/reset/activation?

What's the account? It's possible it was hacked.
