It is likely because address 1FNVVMrZzsRmCkngjm8pZvSCUDp76DbEHj has received a lot of very small transactions (Faucets?). You will need to send in smaller amounts.

I'm sure he's trying to withdraw/send his all amount, he needs to remember that there is 0.0001 txn fees also

I didn't realize there was a 0.0001 transaction fee on Blockchain transactions. Interesting. That explains a lot! LOL

i recieved majority, over 300, small faucet amounts and about 5 satoshidice transaction. last one on 5/7/13. total was .0003. then recieved .3800 on 5/7/24 my total is now .3880. blockchain say i only have enough to send .0009.
