No customer reviews ?

1. The OP was last active same day as thread was made. (Either he's just not active in the forum or it's an alt.)
2. The listed website does not work.
3. There are reviews/feedback on his paxful and localbitcoins page, but, who knows. He's got no vouch from anyone in the forum.

* So, up to you. It's your coins.

Sorry, I do not use paysafecard so, I do not wish to recommend anyone I haven't personally used.
Best thing you can do is look for sellers like these and ask for escrow. Never deal without an escrow. There are escrows that does not charge fees, just gotta find one that'll take the deal.

I do know that https://www.virwox.com/ accepts paysafecard. It's a trusted exchange. Do note however that they charge high fees.
And if you do decide to use them, please read their FAQ. Do not hesitate to contact support if you have additional inquiries prior to making an exchange. It is still best to clear things up before making any kinds of transactions. It's a good site, but the fees are really high.

Thanks again for answering my question.
You suggested virvox, but don't you have to register first on this site?
I am looking for a more anonymous, but also safe way to convert psc to btc.

Yes you would have  to.
Here, I really like this list of exchanges since it shows the accepted payment methods of the site.
https://www.bestbitcoinexchange.io/

You gotta do your own check for reviews about the site you like of course.

You could always just deal with someone from the forum. Just use escrow--> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0

Sorry I couldn't really help as I only use fiat when buying. ^^  It's fast, less fees, less hassle.

If you are still looking, I've recently checked out Currency Exchange Section of the forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 ,
There are some reputable forum members offering such a service, AND they accept going through escrow. You could try asking in their threads and maybe sending them a PM for accepted currencies and/or rates.
Here:
shdvb --- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583572.0
zazarb -- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1092531.0

You could also try out other sellers/buyers but I would advice to always checking for scam accusations/trust/etc and using escrow for all transactions.
