Today I saw a huge number of threads moved to Trashcan by local moderator
xandry in the News section of the Russian board
Personally, I don't see any logic behind moving the overwhelming majority of these threads to Trashcan. Most if not all of them are perfectly legit, and even if they are not about Bitcoin as such (many threads are in fact about Bitcoin Cash), first, they totally cut it as News, and, second, even if they are not about Bitcoin specifically, they are still about crypto at large, and thus they don't deserve to be trashed anyway. For example, there was a
thread about Charlie Lee commenting about Bitcoin Cash effect on Litecoin where he said that it is more about Bitcoin Cash affecting the regular Bitcoin than Litecoin. I can't really fathom why this thread should be moved to Trashcan (or moved at all). Just in case, my post count doesn't seem to be affected since I was mostly reading these threads without actively posting there
So I would like to ask theymos to look into this matter
If the Russian Press section follows the same rules as the bitcoin Press board (which I assume it does) then Alt coin topics don't belong there so xandry is just doing his job
You may want to visit the Bitcoin Discussion Press section to see for yourself. First, it is mostly dead (the majority of threads there have 0 replies), and, second, half of the recent threads there are about Bitcoin Cash anyway. And if you then visit the parent board (i.e. Bitcoin Discussion), you will see even more threads about Bitcoin Cash (though their number is now gradually going down), and I don't see them deleted. How come?

That's outright bullshit. During the time I spent writing this post (and adding to it later), I could write 10 posts elsewhere, and you can be dead sure they would be of the top-notch quality unlike the typical crap you are mostly posting here and have been posting since you registered with the forum (yes, I checked your one liners and bumps again). As they say, people who live in glass houses should not throw stones. In other words, you should care more about your own posts (at least, when talking about my posts)
Yes, there are four or five trashcanned threads he's posted in within the last five pages of his posts. I'm sure there's more.
I don't closely watch my post counts beyond today's posts. Sometimes I see the grand total diminished by 1 post (rarely 2 posts), but it has always been this way (I mean, it happens from time to time). That's why I wrote that my post count didn't seem to be affected. Should I really explain what the word "seem" means? Anyway, thanks for letting me know that some of my posts got in fact deleted in that board. As you likely know, there is no notification when a thread gets trashed so you can easily miss these events (especially when you post in many boards in a few languages)

You may learn to read and watch your mouth. Apart from that, what is your point here besides padding your post count?
