It's really simple to build with open source code, but shopping is no problem.
We like the idea of bitcoin, but we don't know how many people are willing to pay in bitcoin

Sounds like a scam. Or let me rephrase that: yes it is a scam.

If you want to refute my suspicion, use escrow to protect all transactions on your so-called online shop. You do know what escrow is, right? If you genuinely don’t or if you prefer to pretend that you don’t, let me explain. An escrow is a trusted member of this forum who will act as a middle man for the protection and security of anyone buying on your website shop. You too are protected because payment is safely held by the escrow.

The buyer sends the bitcoins to the escrow who then confirms this to you and instructs you to send the goods to the buyer. When the buyer receives the goods and confirms it is not a scam, the escrow releases the bitcoins to you.

A list of trusted escrow is found here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0

Now... are you disappointed that I ruined your New Year’s plans for some quick and easy money?
