I used this site previously but when I try to login now, it asks for some deposit. I don't actually know much about that site, but it may be even a scam. Even BTC-E was a scam so it is better to be safe and try to read more reviews about it. You can try by making a minimum deposit and trying that site and also making a successful withdrawal.
