Recommend me a good ICO's

I have been reading about a lot of ICO's and comments usually tend to result in "Noobs made this", "Beware of a scam", "This is a scam".

Best example is SUbstratum. I was interested in investing in pre-ico, but a lot of negative comments turned me off.

Any legitimate ICO out there? Please tell me also why.

OP. Don't believe with this shit guy words. He is only saying that project is good because currently he is participating on their signature campaign. He clearly knows nothing about that.
The best answer from your question is, do your own research again. Don't and never follow what people saying.

It is hard to say. Almost every project looks interesting and in most cases you won't be able to tell is it scam or not. You can't tell people who are saying those words are just spreading FUD because maybe they are running similar project and don't like competition. It's best if you do research by yourself and then decide what to do.

Don't believe in any advice )) an ICO project is good or not is depend on your choice and everyone do not think the same way so you only can find out a good ICO project yourself .
