I have been reading about a lot of ICO's and comments usually tend to result in "Noobs made this", "Beware of a scam", "This is a scam".
Best example is SUbstratum. I was interested in investing in pre-ico, but a lot of negative comments turned me off.
Any legitimate ICO out there? Please tell me also why.
It is hard to say. Almost every project looks interesting and in most cases you won't be able to tell is it scam or not. You can't tell people who are saying those words are just spreading FUD because maybe they are running similar project and don't like competition. It's best if you do research by yourself and then decide what to do.
Why do you think this project is good? Can you explain it?
