If this is offering any service and your payment method is bitcoin then you can create an announcement in the Service Announcements, if it's not paying in bitcoin rather paying in altcoin then you can create the same announcement thread in the Service Announcements (Altcoins) section.

Since Royse777 already giving some explanation about it, my self also wants to add something. You also can use "Signature Space"  to promote your website, spamming your own website or link to a thread was prohibited because we already have "Signature Space" to promote what's ever you want to promote.

Since you are newbie, you still don't have a signature race the minimum rank to wear signature is Jr.Member or you can pay to be "Cooper Membership" so you will not be limited as the newbie.

You should mention what kind of website you want to post . if it's related to crypto currency then you can start posting it.  it's depend on the website and section where you want to post it.

But if you only want to advertise your website here by posting I suggest to do it in personal txt of your account or in your signature it's better that way if it's not related in the forum.

It will cost him money but it will save him time. He owns a website so basically he can also purchase it because he has a budget. That's ok if don't have to buy it but if he just want to have it, then he has to for his thread's sake. And he will purchase it not because about the campaign but for the sake of his own thread to make the design better and can pull out some images that he can show for the visitors. The signature space for him is just a plus.

Besides posting on these sections getting a copper membership so you can post your websites/links to your signature space will be a big help to boost your traffic, I hope it's not a Ponzi scheme, MLM thing we hate this kind of thing, and you will likely get tagged if you promote this kind of programs.

First tell us what kind of Site is this so we can check it out for you if its ok or not to post here.
Second like what above says tell us if this is a service site or product and if for Bitcoin or altcoin so we can tell you which board is applicable.

It depends on the information you are going to share with us here. If it refers to cryptocurrencies, and if it is not a scam/spam, you can do it. However, this question should be discussed with admins first (just to avoid possible problems).
