i use whattomine.com but it dosnt have many if not any new coins that just came to the market. doesnt show what coins are about to be released.
also best way to ming be it gpu or cpu

Feeed new altcoin with ethash algho you can mine used GPU
But still ico so you can mine after ICO

Minexcoin use equihash algho, just support cpu miner for now but not recomended for mining because didnt have exchange and supply to much for ico and bounty
