As I'm new here...hello to everyone!

I'm interested in asking a question in the Pools section but I guess I'm still restricted at this time!

I'm working on a pool server and have Bitcoind and Slush's Stratum-Mining working well together(thanks to Slush for the software and tiktoc for the awesome tutorial at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=162788.0), but I'm having issues getting a frontend to work with Stratum...been trying SimpleBTC but running into some issues...

Anyway...if anybody can help me with some guidance, it'd be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Currently installing two servers with the same, hoping to get a small group of low-hash rate miners Tongue

Let me know how your installation went.

Thanks,
DM

Hi DRKMSTR,

In my quest to set up a pool I realised the benefits of using P2Pool; all the benefits of pooled mining AND solo mining together without the worry of DDos attacks and writing my own code etc.

If you'd like to try setting up a node I can help you but there are already lots of great articles here about setting up P2Pool if you're interested.

My site is called Harvest Coin(http://www.harvestcoin.com) and anybody can start mining on it without registering. My thread here is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=193561.0

All the best with it.

F.
