Hi miners,

I am building my second mining computer and bump into all kinds of problem.
I have gigabyte RX570 4GB, XFX RX570 4GB x2 and GTX1060 3GB
Installed latest amd driver, windows 10.
test run on minergate, gtx1060 got 20Mh/s which is normal.
however, all three rx 570 got only 10Mh/s.

test run on nicehash benchmark, rx570 get 17Mh/s. which is better but still way to lower than I am expecting.
It should be 26Mh/s stock. people gets 31Mh/s after bios mod and overclock.

Here is my computer's config:
msi z370 gaming plus, i3-8100, windows 10 home.
amd rx570 x3, rx580 x1. I installed the latest amd software

Radeon Software Edition
Adrenalin

Radeon Software Version
18.2.1

Driver Packaging Version
17.50.17.03-180131a-323782E-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin

what i m missing? any help?
Thanks

People only get 31MH/s with the best memory chips, who made the memory in your 570? You can check with GPU-Z.

1. Do not use newest driver. Use the blockchain beta driver instead.
2. Mod bios. Google it you will find how.

Thank you for your help MingMining! use blockchain driver, solved the problem.
Then I bumped into other problem but now all solved. I got 24mhs for msi rx 570 4gb.
next stop I m looking to do bios mod. I found a pointer:

   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1954245.0

from the article, it said when doing bios mod, only the target gpu shoud be in the system.
I am wondering that can I simply disable the driver in device manager or I have to unplug physcially?

bullshit, you can flash all gpus. you just need to know what gpu is in which pci slot

.\atiflash -f -p 0 bios.rom
.\atiflash -f -p 1 bios.rom
.\atiflash -f -p 2 bios.rom
.\atiflash -f -p 3 bios.rom

for example

Did you change it to compute mode?

Yes, as BurntMyToast says you can use the "newest" drivers, you just need to switch them to compute mode. You may actually get a slightly higher hash rate with the new ones.

If you tell which card is which, yes you can do it at the same time without unplug them. But it is difficult to find out and I would rather just unplug them and mod one by one.
