I'm hurting here trying to figure out how to get my Linux install to show the GRUB menu after installing the ROCm kernel, following this method:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1433925.msg21305411#msg21305411

I have tried all the key combo's but it never accesses it.

I used my USB install, and ran a boot repair and manually installed the GRUB loader in case it was overwritten. It went without fail, but still can't get it to show.

The last time I tried, the Xubuntu GUI loaded (something that has NEVER worked (I always get a screwed up graphic display)) but oddly I have no access to the 'screen' that runs Claymore.

I'm hopelessly lost and really want to try the new kernel and see if it's going to increase my hashrate.

Or is there a newer way to do this to get around DAG issue (besides starting over on Windows?)
