Well unfortunately one of my D3 miners already failed, i saw the miner stop hashing online and i went to check it once i got there i see the miner fan and PSU fan are on, Normal and Fault LEDs are OFF, i don't see the miner on my network when i scan it, i proceed to reboot it does the same FAULT and Normal LEDs won't even blink, i can't still find it on the network, i proceed to change the PSU for a brand new one, same situation so basically the miner is just dead i have to say the miner's fan and PSU's fan are working i see some lights on, on the hashboard but thats pretty much it i can't access to the miner dashboard because  i can't detect it on my network i went trough bitmain's troubleshooting and i could not find anything related tot his will be sending a support ticket as im posting this here i know they just went on vacation or that i heard so i don't  expect and fast response but i'll be updating this when i get it.

Have you tried to factory reset the controller? Ive had some on the antminer get lost like that and a factory restore fixed them up

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
