We are Berlin based tech company that works with logistics. We plan to have an ICO, and while we are concentrated on our product, we would need some help with smart contracts and marketing.

Are there any trusted services that still would not break the bank?
Please don't suggest TokenMarket- they are too expensive.

Maybe try to reach up for some experienced community managers here so you can get a huge tip on how to run that and hire those experience guys so that they will run your ICO here for you and so by that you can focused on the coin project you wish to implement here.

This is good in theory but in reality you can not form the team over internet

Many people build there team on communicating online and you can see that there are so many different nationalities consist of some ICO projects. But OP should select those high trust score guys or better he should meet those people who will recruit by him so that he can scan that this people is good and a nice asset to his team.

Tokenmarket is a very high end service , financially not many companies can afford it.
We found a solution for our team, but I would liek to keep the thread open, maybe more suggestions will come this way and someone will find it helpful

There are many international teams out there, but I never heard a success story, where people met online and built a company and launched ICO and lived happily ever after

Yeah I saw it and added us there, though most of the sites listed there have nothing to do with ICO services
