Maybe try to reach up for some experienced community managers here so you can get a huge tip on how to run that and hire those experience guys so that they will run your ICO here for you and so by that you can focused on the coin project you wish to implement here.

Myetherwallet is open-source, client-side interface for generating Ethereum wallets and that is all. They do not provide ICO services in any way
