[TESTNET BITCOIN: BT3] Bounty: 10,000 BT3 for Bitcoin Testnet Mining Pool

I'm putting up a Bounty of 10,000 BT3 for the first two people to set up Testnet Mining pools. It's still pretty easy to solomine testnet Bitcoins at the moment, but there are a lot of individuals who feel more comfortable pool mining for a number of reasons. (Fancy graphs and statistics?)

I'm sure I'm gonna regret asking this, unless you are actually testing something, why would anyone spend time or resources mining TEST net coins?  Much less set up a pool?

The coins are worthless, will definitely never be traded on an exchange or actually used for anything.  Or am I missing something?

practice makes perfect.

there were 100+ blocks found this hour (in testnet). maybe needs coins for testing and mining them is safer then visiting faucets.
 on the other hand, 2 or 3 worked so I'm not in need for mining anymore, just will practice that as hobby
