I'd guess probably closer to 300 gilt, 200 non-gilt.  The non-gilt versions appear to be more rare judging by the auctions I've observed here over the years, but I only have my personal beliefs to back that up.  Did Casascius ever release actual numbers?  I'd be curious.

Total number of made 10's can be found but AFAIK the proportions of gilt/non-gilt not.
