I see price BTG is very low now..  about $130 Smiley
How you think will be pump after realise wallet app?

It can rise with the hype in first days after the release, but high prices won't last for long. My prediction is $200 to $400 during the first week. I don't think it will pump much more than that ...

But I don't understand.. when will be release?
I thought is was been after fork few days ago.
Need wait when will be wallet complete

is it not strange that the criminal company, name Bitfinex already started to sell something that it doesn't exist? In this case, Bitcoin gold

Fork was been 491407..

how to find the current block?
Blockchain.info or some other block explorer, they typically list the current block or the most recent block that has been pushed through the system, otherwise they'll have some sort of pertaining information since it is important information for the blockchain and it impacts transaction information.

As for claiming it you find a BTCG client and then import a private key from the original blockchain and you should have your BTCG within your account. I don't know this for a fact though so I'm guessing as I never had to worry about stuff like that.

I saw how some exchanges started trading Bitcoin Gold before the fork occurred. I do not understand how this can be. During the wolf, my coins were on the stock exchange and I hope to receive Bitcoin Gold on November 1

What you have seen at some exchanges is BTG Futures trading.
The ONLY thing anyone is able to do right now is trade Bitcoin Gold on exchanges that support it. You will not be able to mine, send or receive Bitcoin Gold until the mainnet is actually created.

Ok, I don't want trading on exchanges.. I checked official web site and can't find info about  date of release.
Where can see it? Thanks

Bottom line:
1. If you had a bitcoin at the moment of the fork in the wallet where you control your private keys - you got the equal amount of the bitcoin gold. If your bitcoins were on the exchange, it depends on how they will handle the issue.
2. Wallet support is yet to come. From what i know, Coinomi announced it will add bitcoin gold on 1.11. which should be tomorrow.
3. In order to claim your bitcoin gold, you need to swipe your private key of the address that had bitcoin funds on it at the moment of the fork to the bitcoin gold wallet.
4. According to the official bitcoin gold website, replay protection is implemented https://bitcoingold.org/ If you want to be 100% sure, move your bitcoin funds to another address before doing any transaction with bitcoin gold coins.

And i agree - i don't like such forks. People see them as a free money. It is entirely possible that there be one too many fork which will get the investors asking what is actually going on here...

Something like that! It's a traders term. I am a layman, so better not to explain it.  Wink
I will only say that it can be traded with something even if it does not exist yet but you are sure it will exist in the future...
