Can't use Bitrefill

I'm trying to top up my phone (balance already in my account) but It doesn't seem to work. I'm receiving the following error message:

For some reason we failed do deliver your refill. This can happen if you have typed the number incorrectly, if the number is not for a prepaid phone or if the operator you selected was not the right one.

The error message doesn't apply as I've done everything correctly. I use them on a regular basis, so I was wondering If it's just me who's having this problem?

I am getting quite different error while trying to access my dashboard there. Error which I got on signin page...

There was an error communicating with our servers. If this problem persists please contact our support. (Error : )

Looks like they are having problem with their server, so almost all function is down right now including top up and signing in..

I contacted them and apparently, it was an issue for my country only and it got solved. As for your problem, I didn't receive such errors so If it persists, use twitter, It's the fastest way to reach them.
