You can buy Bitcoin at any time of the day, Bitcoins price will continue to go up. You may see a dip but it doesnt mean it will stay at that level. If you are good in placing a Buy then wait for the right timing, place a Buy when its in a dip. Right now is a good time to buy alts, they are all at discounted price because of the planned hard fork.
