It's not time yet, he will go to deeper correction. It was time to buy altcoyins until they were even more imitated. But it's not a fact that Segwit is finally dead, maybe he just suffered for an indefinite period.

I highly doubt. This news will only increase the volatility of the market. Uncertain times are ahead of us, we must me cautious.

You can buy Bitcoin at any time of the day, Bitcoins price will continue to go up. You may see a dip but it doesnt mean it will stay at that level. If you are good in placing a Buy then wait for the right timing, place a Buy when its in a dip. Right now is a good time to buy alts, they are all at discounted price because of the planned hard fork.
