They maybe want to sell their btc first before it plunges down.

We all know that storing your bitcoin in exchanges impose great risk.

It much better to store it in hardware wallet or bitcoin core.

Not for me , maybe it's your ISP problem or overloaded server. Try to restart your internet router or clear dns. My advice from me better use bitcoin-qt or blockhain for your main wallet. Good luck!

It is something you need to be used to see. It happens when there are too many users trying to use the site at the same time. Their site is not able to handle too much people. You will notice that each time the Bitcoin price is increasing or decreasing a lot you can be sure the site is going to be offline. No idea why they can't or don't want to find a solution to something they know will happen.

coinbase is exchange not wallet (Not have private key) and it is dangerous to keep bitcoin in it
